The Network is a technology-based
company that for nearly 25 years has helped
clients collect information and address
critical issues such as ethics, risk management
and service quality. We use award-winning
proprietary software and a state-of-the-art
call center to deliver services like hotlines,
insurance claim reporting and employee
communications to 2,200 clients, including
45 percent of the Fortune 500.
Our History
In 1983 Ralph Childs, a former FBI special
agent, founded The Network by introducing
the first 24x7 anonymous reporting system.
This system enabled employees to bring
unethical, illegal, or irresponsible activities
to their employers’ attention without
fear of reprisal.
Over the years the company grew steadily.
In the early 1980s we expanded our service
offerings to include employee communications
programs to address workplace issues like
theft, sexual harassment and safety.
In the late 1990s, The Network developed
the world’s first web-based system
for insurance claims intake, NetClaim™,
which was declared a “Top Tier Technology” by Risk & Insurance magazine.
This award-winning software was the precursor
to the Link2 system, which now guides interviews
and provides real time quality assurance
for all of our call center services.
At The Network, we value every client
relationship and take pride in the fact
that our very first customer is still a
customer today. Our goal is to continue
to add value through innovative, technology-based
services that exceed our clients’ expectations.
